Psychological Strength for a Demanding World.

Resilience, clarity, and calm — for individuals, couples, and professionals navigating complexity.

I’m Ana Batista — licensed psychologist, psychotherapist, and international consultant. I help high-performing individuals, couples, and teams move through anxiety, self-doubt, and transition with grounded confidence.

About Ana

Licensed psychologist, psychotherapist, and global consultant — based in Stockholm, working with clients around the world.
For 15+ years, I’ve supported people through anxiety, burnout, identity shifts, and cross-cultural transitions. My work blends evidence-based methods like CBT and Narrative Therapy with a grounded, intuitive presence that helps people feel safe enough to shift.
I’ve lived and worked across borders, from Lisbon to Stockholm, and bring that lived experience to everything I do — creating meaningful content, holding space for transformation, and living slowly with my family.

A few things you might not expect:
I’m also a licensed yachtmaster and once lived aboard my boat alone with my dog during a Swedish summer. These days, I navigate life with my family — my partner, a seasoned tall ship captain, our young son, and Valentina the dog — bringing the same presence, adaptability, and calm to both stormy seas and life’s transitions.

What I Offer

Right now, I work slowly and intentionally — offering just a few ways to connect, learn, and grow together.

Limited 1:1 Therapy & Guidance

A quiet space to breathe, reflect, and realign.

I offer sessions for a small number of individuals and couples each season. These spaces blend evidence-based therapy with deep listening and intuitive guidance — supporting you as you move through anxiety, burnout, relationship strain, identity shifts, or periods of emotional fog. Together, we create a space where clarity can return and something new can begin to unfold.

Who This is For:

Individuals navigating a major life change, inner tension, or emotional overload

Couples seeking clarity, reconnection, or support during a transition

Expats and multicultural souls seeking a grounded space to land

Those ready for a slower, more meaningful pace of inner work

Occasional Workshops & Webinars

Gentle spaces for reflection, clarity, and growth.

A few times a year, I host live sessions on topics like emotional resilience, identity in transition, and the psychology of uncertainty. These are intimate, interactive moments to pause, reconnect, and explore something meaningful — together. No overwhelm, no noise. Just real conversations and grounded tools you can carry into daily life.

Workshops and group sessions are in the making. Follow along on Instagram @anabatista.psychologist to be the first to know.

For Organisations & Teams

Resilience, clarity, and emotional depth — for people at the heart of your business.

I offer bespoke trainings, workshops, and consultations for organisations who want to foster psychological well-being and sustainable performance. With a background in neuroscience, leadership consulting, and psychotherapy, I help teams navigate stress, change, and complexity — with more emotional intelligence, presence, and clarity.

Who This is For:

Companies navigating rapid growth, cultural complexity, or high-stakes transitions

Leaders and teams experiencing emotional fatigue or burnout

Organisations seeking a deeper, human-centered approach to mental well-being and performance

Field Notes

Reflections from the path — written slowly, with presence.

This is where I share thoughts, questions, and stories from my work and life. Sometimes grounded in psychology, sometimes shaped by motherhood, sea winds, or slow mornings — always with the intention to offer something real. Field Notes is a place for pause, perspective, and small truths that might meet you where you are.

Who This is For:

Curious minds who value depth over noise

Clients and readers wanting to stay connected beyond sessions or courses

Anyone navigating life’s questions — looking for language, clarity, or simply something to hold onto

Let’s stay connected.

Receive soft reflections, tools for calm, and behind-the-scenes glimpses into the work.
