Applied Psychology for Life, Work, and Change

For complex lives, demanding work, and meaningful transitions.

About Ana

Licensed psychologist, psychotherapist, and global consultant based in Stockholm, working with individuals, couples, and organisations around the world.
For over 15 years, I’ve worked with clients facing anxiety, burnout, identity transitions, and cross-cultural challenges.
My approach combines evidence-based methods such as CBT with integrative psychotherapy informed by clinical psychology, cognitive neuroscience, and years of international work. I work in a grounded, attentive way that connects psychological insight with practical change.
I’ve lived and worked across borders, from Portugal to Sweden, and most recently Switzerland. Much of my work focuses on people navigating life between cultures, demanding careers, and major transitions. This experience shapes both my therapeutic work and my consulting, helping clients find clarity, stability, and direction in complex personal and professional situations.

What I Offer

I work in a focused and intentional way, offering a limited number of collaborations each season.

1:1 Therapy & Executive Guidance

A focused space to reflect, realign, and work through what needs to change.

I offer sessions for a small number of individuals and couples each season. These sessions combine evidence-based psychotherapy with an integrative approach informed by clinical psychology, cognitive neuroscience, and years of international work, supporting you as you move through anxiety, burnout, relationship strain, identity transitions, or periods of emotional overload.

Together, we create a space where clarity can return and meaningful change can take shape.

Who This is For:

Individuals navigating a major life change, inner tension, or emotional overload

Couples seeking clarity, reconnection, or support during a transition

Expats, internationally mobile professionals, or people living between cultures

Those ready for deeper, more intentional psychological work

For Organisations & Teams

Psychological insight, resilience, and clarity for people at the heart of your organisation.

I offer bespoke workshops, trainings, and consulting for organisations who want to strengthen resilience, leadership, and psychological well-being while maintaining sustainable performance.
With a background in cognitive neuroscience, organisational psychology, and psychotherapy, I help teams navigate stress, change, and complexity with more emotional intelligence, presence, and clarity.

Who This is For:

Companies navigating rapid growth, cultural complexity, or high-stakes transitions

Leaders and teams experiencing stress, overload, or burnout

Organisations seeking a deeper, human-centered approach to performance and wellbeing

Workshops, Webinars & Training

Focused spaces for insight, learning, and meaningful change.

I offer workshops, webinars, and group sessions on topics such as stress and burnout, emotional resilience, identity transitions, cross-cultural life, and the psychology of high performance.
These sessions combine clinical psychology, cognitive neuroscience, and practical tools that can be applied in real life and demanding professional environments.

My workshops are designed for individuals, teams, and organisations looking for depth, clarity, and psychologically grounded approaches to change.

New sessions are announced throughout the year.

Who This is For:

Professionals and organisations interested in psychological insight and practical tools

People navigating transitions, demanding careers, or high levels of responsibility

Teams looking to work on resilience, communication, or wellbeing

Individuals who enjoy learning in a structured but reflective environment

Reflect & Rewire — Self-Guided Kit

A practical companion for your inner work.

Reflect & Rewire is a self-paced kit designed to help you pause, notice your patterns, and create small shifts in how you think and feel. Through guided reflections, practical prompts, and visual reminders, you’ll have tools at your fingertips to calm your mind, reframe your thoughts, and reconnect with your inner clarity.

Whether you’re new to inner work or want something to support you between therapy sessions, this kit offers a grounded, creative way to build resilience and presence, one reflection at a time.

Who This is For:

Individuals wanting guidance without committing to ongoing sessions

Those looking for practical psychological tools for calm, clarity, and emotional regulation

Expats, internationally mobile professionals, or people navigating transition

Anyone interested in reflective, self-guided work grounded in psychology

This Might Help — Stories & Insights

A space to pause, reflect, and think more clearly.

This Might Help is where I share essays, reflections, and psychological insights drawn from my clinical work, research, and everyday life.
Sometimes practical, sometimes reflective, always with the intention of helping you see your situation with more clarity, perspective, and emotional steadiness.

You can find these stories on Substack and YouTube, where I explore topics such as anxiety, transitions, identity, relationships, and the challenges of living between cultures, demanding careers, and personal change.

These writings are offered freely as an ongoing conversation about what it means to live with awareness, resilience, and psychological depth.

Who This is For:

People looking for thoughtful guidance outside the structure of therapy

Expats, internationally mobile professionals, or those living between cultures

High-functioning individuals navigating stress, burnout, or major transitions

Anyone who values reflection, perspective, and psychological insight

Let’s stay connected.

I write about psychology, resilience, identity, and the challenges of modern life — drawing from clinical work, research, and lived experience.
These reflections are shared on Substack.

No noise. Just thoughtful writing, with depth.
