Availability & Pricing

Most clients begin with a focused short-term process.

Typical format for new clients:
  • 6 x 50-minute sessions (held weekly or bi-weekly)
  • A clear therapeutic focus tailored to your current needs
  • Support between sessions (brief email check-ins if needed)
  • Priority scheduling
  • Option to extend or transition into a longer-term rhythm after

Packages typically start at €600 for a 6-session process.
Individual sessions start at €120 per 50-minute session.

For clients looking for more intensive work, shorter-term focused processes, or higher-frequency sessions, different formats may be recommended and fees may vary accordingly.
